Il sig .Salvatore brava è molto disponibile alloggio molto bello con una vista sul mare stupenda ci siamo trovati veramente bene

Io ed il mio gruppo di amici abbiamo passato il capodanno in questa struttura. Al check in abbiamo incontrato e conosciuto la signora Stella, disponibile e solare. La nostra breve permanenza è stata più che piacevole e non avremo esitazioni a ritornarci.

Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, bei Rossella wohnen zu dürfen. Da wir nachts ankamen, war die Fahrt etwas abenteuerlich auf unbekannten Straßen und über Serpentinen nur den Berg hoch. Aber wir wurden belohnt mit einer sehr netten Begrüßung und mit einer voll eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung auf 2 Etagen-verbunden mit einer für Orte in den Bergen typischen steilen Treppe. Die untere Etage enthält das geräumige und gemütliche Bad sowie 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten (3 Personen) und oben befindet sich das zweite Schlafzimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sowie die gemütliche Wohnküche. Beide sind mit einem typischen Balkon verbunden auf dem man den Sonnenaufgang erleben kann. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man so braucht-einschließlich Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc. Geweckt wurden wir am Sonntag durch die Glocken der nahen Kirche, was uns nicht störte. Die Umgebung bietet viel Berge, Ausblick, Natur und Ruhe. Wir kommen gern wieder :-) Vielen Dank Rosella und Martina.

Struttura molto carina, ubicata in un'area tranquilla. Ottima per riposare o per chi viaggia per motivi di lavoro. Non adatta invece per disabili e per chi ha problemi con le gambe o con la schiena. Elevata su 2 piani ulteriori al piano terra, si è mantenuto un certo stile antico con ripide scale in legno comunicanti tra un piano e l'altro. Nell'ultimo piano è ubicata la stanza da letto con bagno e doccia. Al primo piano vi è un carino salottino fornito di servizi igienici e doccia. Non è disponibile la connessione Wi-fi, ma da mobile ci si può collegare ad Internet molto bene (ad eccezione della cucina a piano terra dove c'è meno linea). Alessandra ha fornito diversi dettagli utili e si è dimostrata comprensiva, venendo incontro ad alcune mie esigenze. Si fa presente che Google Maps va un po' in tilt e confonde la reale posizione della struttura, ma basta seguire i riferimenti di Alessandra e si trova abbastanza facilmente. Ottimo punto per chi ha degli impegni in loco.

Lovely place close to parking! Host is wonderful!

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Siamo stati ospiti di Mariachiara per circa 1 settimana. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la casa è molto pulita, grande e silenziosa. Si trova vicino al corso principale, quindi nei pressi di bar e negozi. Se dovessimo tornare a Filadelfia ritorneremo molto volentieri. Un ringraziamento alla responsabile che ci ha dato molti consigli

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Super close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants! Beautiful view of the sea, beaches and castle. And of course, this place is so Cool inside! Only thing I would say was I wish the keys were labeled so we could know which one was which for each of the 3 doors to get inside and outside. It was a bit loud from people down below on the street in the middle of the nights, so keep windows shut. But overall great stay! Would stay again.

Abbiamo soggiornato con una famiglia di 5 persone, in appartamento trilocale, come da descrizione, vista splendida, dal balcone, sul mare della costa degli dei, la posizione è sicuramente la caratteristica di punta di questo appartamento, che si trova all'interno di un piccolo residence ben curato; a pochi metri di distanza la scaletta per raggiungere la spiaggia di Michelino.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico appartamento per due giorni. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, appartamento molto pulito, provvisto di tutti i confort (climatizzatore, lavatrice, ampio bagno, ferro da stiro). Appartamento non grandissimo ma con ottimo terrazzino, zona cucina ben attrezzata e provvista di tutto l'occorrente per colazione e pranzo. Parcheggio molto comodo e il mare a due passi. Ottima esperienza.

Auf unserer Rundreise verbrachten wir 1 Nacht in Simonas Apartment. Bei der Ankunft erwarteten uns Getränke im Kühlschrank und ein Sideboard mit Kaffeemaschine und diversen Leckereien fürs Frühstück. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es ist auch super ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit Simona ist sehr angenehm, sie antwortete immer schnell und ist hilfsbereit und flexibel beim Check-in. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, direkt vor der Türe. Sehr praktisch um das Gepäck aus- und wieder einzuladen. Danke Simona, wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn uns eine Reise wieder in die Gegend bringt.

The penthouse was very impressive as described by owners. Plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy the amazing castle in the distance. Unfortunately, we were early in the season and the A/C and Cable were not turned on.

casa molto carina e accessoriata, colazione fornita in abbondanza e host davvero reattivo e disponibile, un vero padrone di casa ad ogni minimo problema corre e soprattutto cerca di non fare mancare nulla ai suoi ospiti viziandoli anche ( non c'era il ginseng in casa e lui subito è andato a reperircelo). Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio

Kiva asunto. kattohuoneiston terassilla kiva syödä iltaisin koko perheellä. Meri oli lähellä ja oli helppo käydä uimassa. myös linja-auto pysäkki oli lähellä. myös ruoka-kauppa muutaman minuutin kävelyn päässä.

Doris was a kind and generous host. We had trouble finding the place with the link provided but she came out to the street to set us straight. It was the end of a long day and we were glad to shower and go to bed. Doris was flexible with breakfast time and chatted as we ate. We had a little walk around before leaving back to walk to the train. Stairs up to the room are wide and accessible. Room has low slanted ceiling so guests should be able to negotiate this as well as step across top of stairs edge. Doris keeps hall lite well at night so you can see to access toilet.

Massimo was a fantastic host and the property is a hidden gem! With direct access to the beach, it is truly a rare find in tropea. It’s walkable to town for dinner, shopping, and drinks, and there is both public / paid access to beach areas right outside the property. Massimo went out of his way to welcome us and help us throughout our stay. I would suggest requesting a room with a balcony to be able to hang your towels/ swimwear but other than that, it was fabulous!

Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto: location elegante e rilassante, stanza piccola ma molto accogliente, pulita, e dotata di tutto punto, compreso il patio, ornato di splenditi fiori, e con vista su Tropea; Alessandro e Cinzia estremamente cortesi e davvero disponibili, oltre che veloci e reattivi, sin dai primi contatti; colazione, servita all'orario da me prescelto, direttamente nel patio/terrazzino della stanza, e ricca di sapori e colori (dolce e salata, e con ottima frutta fresca, oltre che, tra l'altro, squisite marmellate).

This place is awesome. Valentina is very friendly, approachable and responds quickly to messages. It was really great of her to let me check in at 2pm instead of 3pm as I had arrived in the location early due to my train. The apartment is great - especially the patio balcony with jacuzzi, outside kitchen, sun lounger and parasol. The views are are absolutely beautiful of the sea and Tropea town - you could not wish for better! The room itself is very comfortable, great bed and linen, great bathroom and place to store clothes etc. The complex has a lovely garden area too - to give extra outside space. The breakfast was wonderful - really good quality and a variety of options on the menu. Valentina brings the breakfast up to you in the room at the time you request, which is really brilliant. The apartment is situated in a great location, quiet and peaceful and just 10 minutes nice walk down to the beach where there is also a supermarket. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

The listing matches the description. The room is clean and has a pleasant view. The building is easy to find and in great condition. The hosts are friendly, kind, and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

Great location. On-site parking was very convenient . Get ready to do a lot of walking ..especially if you want to head to the beach. Useful tip there a few places down by the beach area were you get a package deal with parking and rental of parasol and 2 beach loungers. The Centro Storico is a 10 min walk with ample restaurants, cafes and shops to get lost in. Tropea is beautiful!

check in perfetto, stanza e bagno puliti. Nonostante la posizione sia davanti alla stazione dei treni il posto è estremamente silenzioso. Host simpatici e accoglienti.
