If you like to be out in nature, cross-country skiing, picking berries/mushrooms, hanging out on the beach, or just getting away from the city pulse, this accommodation at Brännäset is something for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

On the property, there is a separate sauna with shower and toilet. In the area, there are several beaches, barbecue areas and nice forest trails. In winter, there are ski trails on the lake and an ice hole for winter swimming. An idyllic place only about a 10-minute drive from Umeå.

In summer, we have the open craft shop and garden cafe Eljest on the same farm. Large parking lot is about 50 meters from the house. There is an opportunity to charge your electric car at cost. This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
