We stayed here with our dog for two nights. The hosts Franck and Sophie were very friendly and warm. We felt very welcome and at home with friends. Even with our dog, everything was straightforward and relaxed. The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The location and surroundings are fantastic. Franck had a perfect restaurant tip for us. We can highly recommend this place. ____ We stayed here for two nights with our dog. The hosts, Franck and Sophie, were charming and warm. Very nice view, nice private pool and relaxing surroundings (the beach is very close to the apartment) and easy to park. For the apartment, identical to the photos: clean, equipped, various beds, very nice balcony, correct size for 4 people! And bonus point for the presence of the air conditioning (easy to turn on)! We really enjoyed our stay! And we would book again!

An excellent welcome for my first rental on Airbnb, an impeccable and well-equipped apartment for one or two people as a couple, relatively quick access to downtown Montpellier by Tram 3, the terminus of which is less than 4 minutes from the apartment, a supermarket nearby, and charming and attentive owners, what more could you ask for? I'd love to make a new reservation for this apartment if I have a chance. Olivier

Great home perfect for a family. The layout and decor are tasteful. Very well equipped apartment. The place as such is not of interest but if it's just to stay, no problem! No problem, the terrace and garden overlook a stone wall.

Perfect stay! Béatrice is an available host, very pleasant, accommodating if needed and really invested in the well-being of her guests. Small touches were available in the accommodation which was really very clean, with comfortable bedding. Everything is thought of, convenient, and well decorated. All for a very good price. I recommend it wholeheartedly!

Welcome by Melanie, very pleasant and smiling. Very well located apartment, with sea view as advertised, clean, complete, modern and functional equipment. Garage on the same level as the apartment, facilitating the transfer of luggage. The only drawback was the narrowness of the garage for our vehicle.

A small cocoon on the ground floor of a beautiful house of character, nestled in the lovely village of Peyriac-sur-Mer. The place has character, calm reigns. The hosts are charming, welcoming. The village is relaxing, with stunning picturesque walks on the pontoons above the pond. Address to recommend without hesitation to discover the village and its surroundings!

Duplex apartment not very large but really very well equipped and nicely decorated. Everything is well thought out even for babies. The covered terrace was well appreciated as there was a lot of wind. In May it was quiet but probably noisier in the summer with the pool and aqualand. Beach and many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a 2 day visit in early fall. Our gracious host, Thomas, met us on arrival and gave us good dining suggestions for our short visit. The property was spacious and well-maintained, and the pool looked very inviting but the weather did not cooperate for swimming. Our apartment had huge sliding doors on the first floor, with spacious and well—furnished patios. Lots of light and spacious. Everything about the apartment and the property was clean, attractive and comfortable, with plenty of storage space for a longer visit. The location allowed us to get to either the beach or to downtown Narbonne in just a few minutes. The only drawback was that the toilet was on the first floor, while bedroom, shower and sink were upstairs, and the stairs were short-treaded so difficult to navigate in the dark. Probably not a problem for a younger person or family, but I’d choose a single-floor unit for my (older) self next time.

very good for a short family getaway, the large buffets are 10 minutes' drive, the old town and the halls are within walking distance...I recommend it

I would highly recommend staying with Gaëlle and her spouse because I had a great stay. Not only was everything as advertised: the accommodation is clean, tidy, very peaceful and pleasant; but on top of that, they were both extremely friendly, kind and considerate. I can only advise you to go there if you want a relaxing and rejuvenating environment and for my part, I will not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises again!

Antonio was very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, he offered us the apartment initially booked (identical to the photos in every way) or to change to the neighboring apartment because the dishwasher had just broken down in the 1st apartment. It was very nice of him and we opted for the 2nd apartment: just as well equipped and new. The view of the vineyards is absolutely amazing. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities offered but we still managed to take a short dip in the heated pool: a treat! The bedding is extremely comfortable. Just to know that the apartments are along the road at the entrance to the small village: but little traffic, and no associated nuisance for us. The listing is very true to life. We recommend this place without a second thought and will gladly come back to this peaceful retreat.
