Philip was waiting for us downstairs. Free parking further away under solar panel. Philip and his wife are very welcoming and charming. They stayed in touch with us via text. Clean home and perfect bedding. We were able to rest, the port is 2 steps away. No noise from the port. Very quiet place. Satisfied with our stay. Thank you for having such a nice place to stay.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, ping-pong table and garden provide beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Laurent's apartment. The place is very spacious and tastefully decorated. One of the highlights for me was the beautifully preserved old tiled floors. The amenities were excellent and everything was well thought out to ensure a comfortable stay. I wasn't only there on vacation – I also worked remotely during my stay – and the quiet apartment was an ideal environment for that as well. The location is also exceptional – right next to a lovely park, which in early June was filled with blooming and wonderfully fragrant linden trees. Laurent was an outstanding host – reliable, friendly, and very responsive. He provided helpful tips and local recommendations, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Everything about this experience was perfect, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Virg’s apartment is spacious, classically French, located on the outskirts of Béziers city centre, and has all the amenities you could need. We stayed here for a week and ate in a few times, plus did some laundry. It’s easy to park on the streets for free nearby. Virg was a fabulous host - she met us for check in and check out, sent us recommendations on where to eat, and responded very quickly to messages. She went above and beyond to overcome the English-French language barrier in-person, and also helped us out finding some lost property within the apartment building. Beziers is a great place to stay - lots to do and eat in the city, and you’re only a 30min drive to beaches and other attractions. We would happily come back to this part of France and would recommend Virg’s apartment to anyone else.

Superb accommodation, feet in the water, clean, the parking space and air conditioning are a plus, everything is tastefully decorated and the layout very clever, each living space has been extremely well thought out. The terrace overlooking the sea is superb! We also enjoyed the ironed sheets. We will be back!

Great 4 day stay at the sea! Very good time, as there were not too many people, but most of the shops, activities and restaurants by the sea were open. Frédéric, the co-host, welcomed us very warmly! Myriam and Christophe gave us all the information we needed for our stay and answered any questions we had. The place has a great view, and the sound of the sea is so soothing. Everything was clean when we arrived! But if you don't like the sea or if you are very maniacal, it may not be for you: the sand is everywhere in the house, on the clothes, on the windows... But if like us, you are in love with the sea, you will pass largely above!! The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor, but as specified in the listing, your glutes will be firmed, especially after eating well at the restaurant. i treasure the address, thank you again for your hospitality and responsiveness!

Very well-equipped accommodation, nothing missing, from linens to kitchen utensils or media corner, everything is available. Air conditioning/heating is a plus as is the well-positioned terrace. The accommodation offered by Julien and Laetitia is very clean, spacious and perfectly arranged. We had a great time and would recommend. Will and Angelique.

Magali and Luc's accommodation was exactly what we were looking for for our stay of a few days. Clean, well-equipped, ideally located to do a maximum of things on foot without having to touch the car that remains safe in the private and closed parking lot of the residence. The loggia is lovely, especially at breakfast because it is well exposed. Communication with Magali was very easy. She gave us clear and detailed instructions for our self check-in. Everything went smoothly! We would recommend this listing. And we'll be delighted to go back. Thanks to both of you for helping us have a pleasant relaxing stay by the sea. You can book without a second thought . Flo is an exceptional host, kind and very caring, her apartment is a reflection of her, very clean, well-appointed, quiet place, you feel at home. You are next to the pedestrian street and the beach on foot, no need to take the car. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Vincent's apartment is very well decorated and the amenities are very good quality. Everything is modern and well thought out to make guests' stay easier. The guide written by Vincent is very appreciable and very useful for quickly finding useful information. The apartment is very well located, a short walk to the cathedral. You can see it from the window. It's a little harder to find a place. Despite its downtown location, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. The "negative" points that we could note, apart from the error on the rose petals option, concern the coffee maker that we could not make work properly and the lack of towels to wipe our hands in the kitchen and toilets. It's just a detail, but it would be more convenient. We had a great time in Avignon!
