The comfortable and renovated 60 m2 detached house has reversible air conditioning, a terrace and a private garden. Nestled amongst mature gardens and overlooking Lake Groléjac, this beautiful, traditional country house has been lovingly and sympathetically restored. La Lavandula sits in its own established grounds with a large private swimming pool, pétanque court and children’s play area. Groléjac swimming and fishing lake with its lovely, sandy beach is a 2 minute walk away. A cycle path at the rear of the property will take you straight through to Sarlat (11km away) and beyond.

This cottage has its private garden and 10x4 heated pool. It is located in our 3 ha estate "Les Temps des Sources" surrounded by nature and with our pond and beach.
