This luxurious apartment on the ground floor of a magnificent 17th century building, recently restored, features a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub overlooking a private courtyard with its pond and garden table. The marriage of stone and wood gives this place a taste of the past, its air conditioning will bring you the comfort of today.

"La Bonne Etoile" is located in the heart of Périgord Noir. This charming, bright and warm house, facing south, will seduce you with its quiet environment, its private heated swimming pool (6 m x 4 m x 1.20 m), offering a superb view of the surrounding countryside. Possibility to book for a minimum of 3 nights off season, 7 nights minimum (from Saturday to Saturday) for the months of July and August.

Independent 2-bedroom house in the middle of nature, 5 minutes from Sarlat with private outdoor space of 300 m², gardens and forest of 7800 m² are also at your disposal. This comfortable accommodation of 65m² fully equipped has a wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing, barbecue. This fenced outdoor space is private to you. You have access to a 10x4M heated pool (from 5/1 to 9/30).

My place is close to the historic center of Sarlat. You will appreciate my accommodation because the villa is nestled in a private estate on the southern heights of Sarlat, very spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned and perfectly equipped. Panoramic view of the countryside. My place is good for couples, solo travelers and families (with kids). The pool is heated from May to September.
