We welcome you to a new, independent studio on the ground floor of our family home. A unique room with 3 spaces defined and designed for your comfort, separate shower room. Ideally located in the charming village of Montmaur, 20 minutes from the Dévoluy resorts and 5 minutes from Veynes, its amenities and its body of water. Whether you're athletic or lazy, you'll find what you're looking for! Access to the studio by a few stone steps, not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place in the heart of Veynes on the mountainside. As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. Many outdoor activities await you, skiing, downhill mountain biking in the surrounding resorts, paragliding, tree climbing, horseback riding or even a little pedal boat ride. SNCF train station 10 minutes away... Enjoy your stay :)

This accommodation can accommodate a couple: - 1 double bed and, tucked under this bed, a 90 cm wide mattress for 1 person. In certain cases and upon your explicit request, I offer my room and its 140x190 bed. This adds 2 additional places. Please let me know in advance. The accommodation stays cool in the heat, and it's spacious and quiet. A garage for storing equipment (motorcycles, bicycles, etc.) Easy outdoor parking. and large sheltered terrace where you can eat.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

It offers a charming living room with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet. This cottage is perfect for a couple (up to 3 guests) eager to enjoy the calm and nature. The host is on site, bed and bath linen available, dogs allowed.
