Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Vestvågøy

The house is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean & surrounding mountains, but with winter conditions a good car is definitely recommend. It’s cozy & the bedroom with the fireplace and chairs overlooking the area is stunning. Things to improve: Include timber (the owner was so kind & brought us some because we didn’t know we have to bring our own), maybe lower the price a little bit, the check in & checkout times & also making the beds ourselves we hoped it would be included in the amount of money we paid. But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely come back because we felt very comfortable in the house! Good distance to beaches, a nice coastal walk & also Leknes :)

Elin and Hans were friendly hosts. The location was super peaceful & close to the waterfront, the house was so beautiful and cozy, their hospitality was really warm and welcoming including fruits and drinks for us. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable house, very beautiful, very quiet, and the surrounding scenery is very beautiful.

The seafront cabin in Vestvagoy was exceptional. It was exactly as described. Welcoming gifts were left for us including fresh cut flowers. The living space was very spacious and modern, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The living space was located on two levels. Both areas had large windows facing the harbor and nearby mountains. Our host was very attentive and proactive. We never had an issue with communication or the house. The one thing to note is that there is no parking available next to the house. Cars need to park on the hill above the house. This means you must walk up & down two flights of stairs to access the car or the house. To avoid having to carry suitcases up & down the stairs, we drove down an alley located behind the row of houses, unloaded/loaded our suitcases and then parked up on the hill. Once in the house, our stay was so enjoyable and memorable.

We really loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for our trip around the Lofoten. The area is quiet but still super central for driving around and going for hikes. Also we were able to charge our EV which was just perfect. If we are able to revisit the Lofoten we would always come back to this absolute gem!

the house is great! Very well-equipped, comfortable, decorated and very clean. The sauna and Nordic jacuzzi bath were a real plus after our superb hikes. The location is very good for visiting the Lofotens and going on beautiful hikes. Heinrick is very welcoming and friendly. I recommend more.

We had an amazing stay in Lofoten! We were four people and immediately felt welcome. Solrun and Øyvind were incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to respond – we really appreciated that. The house was cozy, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect – a super base for exploring the beautiful nature around. We couldn't have had a better time, and we would highly recommend both the place and the host to anyone considering traveling here. Thank you so much - we would love to come back!

Very pleasant and warm communication. Apartment is at the end of a residential area beautifully in the countryside and you can start hiking directly from the apartment. Even had the rare luck to see moose that came into the settlement. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. And the living room is so cozy that you can also spend a real "bad weather" day at home. For many excursions from a place to stay, however, I find it a little too remote.

We immediately felt at home in Astrid’s house :) We were greeted by Luna, their beautiful dog — such a sweet and heartwarming welcome! The house is lovely, clean, and cozy. Astrid’s parents were incredibly kind and friendly, and they gave us so many great recommendations during our stay. It was truly a pleasure to stay at your place — we can’t wait to come back!

The stay in the cottage was great. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and even more. Very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. A washer and dryer are a great convenience. Comfortable beds, good, dark blinds on the windows. Sometimes you can see hares behind the house through the windows :) Private parking and plenty of space in front of the house. If I were to fly to Lofoten for the second time, I would definitely stay in this cottage. Nusfjord is a beautiful town to spend your holidays in Lofoten. It is very well located, close to all popular places, and Nusfjord and its bay is an attraction in itself.

Honestly I think the photos under sell the apartment and the location! We were within walking distance of so much, and just a few minutes driving to other stuff. The place itself was cozy and very clean. Couldn't have asked for better!

I really like the location of the place, and the fact that there was a kids and master bedroom both was really convenient for all four of us in the family. the kitchen was heavily stocked as well as the heating cables and the fireplace kept us very warm

Congratulations on the layout! We loved staying at this apartment. Very good location for visiting Les Lofoten, close to shops for groceries. Very clean accommodation, very well furnished, very well equipped, connected TV. Beate's accommodation is very spacious and comfortable. The weather didn't allow us to do many activities around Leknes and we had to move away but being close to the city and amenities is very convenient. The stay was very relaxing. It's just perfect if you're looking for a place in the center of Vestvågøya to be within reach of Eggum, Haukland, Unstad, Stamsund, Offersoykammen…

Central and convenient location. The apartment is very clean and check in was easy. The charger for our EV made charging our car easy and we never had to stop to charge it while out during the day.

We stayed 3 nights and this new apartment allowed us to explore Lofoten with ease - Leknes was close by for everything we needed. Clean tidy uncluttered - it got to be said.

I don't even know which superlative to choose. Monica's apartment is just WOW!!!! Very large and incredibly stylish and high-quality furnishings. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook. The living room is incredibly beautiful. The beds are a dream. We slept wonderfully. We also used the washing machine in the bathroom. Detergent is available. The apartment is extremely well located, very quiet, but still close to Leknes and of course very close to Offersøykammen. Monica and her cousin were very friendly and helpful. We were also able to check in earlier. Conclusion, we have never stayed so well on Airbnb. We highly recommend this place.

The house was really wonderful and we had an amazing holiday! Area is so beautiful! It is in walking distance from shops and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet and easy to get around. The house itself is cosy and nicely decorated. Everything was super clean. We were delighted, how well equipped the kitchen was. We could come back anytime!!
