120 m2 vaulted apartment composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, 2 large adjoining bedrooms, with bathroom and shower room (each with toilet) and a private courtyard. Located in the heart of a village on the edge of the garrigues, close to the Pont du Gard (15 minutes from Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV station, 20 minutes from the Arènes de Nîmes, 25 minutes from Uzès, 45 minutes from the Camargue and beaches). Access to the owners' pool from early May to late September.

Pleasant quiet house

Beautiful 190 m² family house for eight people, quiet and not overlooked, in the small village of Vestric-et-Candiac (birthplace of the Marquis de Montcalm). Enclosed garden with unfenced 9 m x 4 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m) secured by an alarm (non-swimming children must remain under surveillance) and summer kitchen equipped with a plancha. Closed parking for four cars is available for your use. We prefer to rent from Saturday to Saturday for summer periods.

Character suite located between Nîmes and Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches. Completely dedicated to escape, rest and relaxation. You will find all the comforts, a queen canopy bed, a real 3-seater American Jacuzzi, an electric fireplace, a 55" TV, a sofa bed, Wi-Fi and Netflix. In the bathroom, you will find a double sink as well as a shower. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to warm up your dishes. Includes private parking.

Les Songes d'Augustine is a tribute to an old lady, our home. With the utmost respect for our elders, we renovated it with all our heart while preserving its soul of yesteryear. Preserving its beams, its stones and adding touches of comfort and modernity. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.

Our gîte is located in the center of the charming village near Sommieres, Vergeze and Lunel at the gates of the Camargue, less than an hour from the Pont du Gard and Uzes, between Nîmes and Montpellier, close to the A9 highway. It can accommodate 5 people. It is located in the backyard of a village house in Gard stones where we live. It is nicely equipped, charm, comfort, peace and quiet are waiting for you.

Studio with ease.

We are here in a small quiet village at the gates of the Camargue. Central enough to enjoy both the Camargue, the Cévennes and the Vaunage, beaches, but also large cities such as Nimes and Montpellier, or smaller ones such as Sommières, Aigues-mortes, St Laurent d'Aigouzes... Simple studio, no frills, basic decor, but with basic comfort. I live onsite and we will share the courtyard.
