Holiday cottage with a 50 m² large wellness/activity room located on a large 2500 m² of enclosed plot with lawn. Firewood can be purchased at the house. The house contains a large living room with wood-burning stove and 4 large bedrooms. Large, open kitchen with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, 220 litres freezer and 2 sinks. One bathroom has direct access to the indoor whirlpool and sauna and access to an outdoor wooden tub (DanCenter provides no service at this) as well as the arctic bath tub with 5000 litres cold water. For the little ones there are cot, 2 high chairs, swings and sandpit and other playground equipment as a trampoline (usage at own risk/insurance). The house has billiards, table tennis, table football, bob, airhockey, large flat screen TV, X-box and Nintendo Wii. The house is equipped with heat recovery and ventilation and air-to-air heat pump which provides a good indoor climate. There are 235 m² terrace, 50 m² is covered, from which you can enjoy the view of the fjord. There is an insulated shelter in the garden. Free admittance to Skive water park. The cottage is located 800 meters from the Limfjord, where there is a nice beach. The cottage has a cozy garden where there is a fire pit and a shelter, so there is ample opportunity for outdoor life. There is wifi and a smart TV. The cottage is furnished with an open kitchen with the living room, three bedrooms, bathroom/toilet with sauna. From the living room there is access to the garden and the cozy surroundings. The sleeping area in the common room (living room) is in a cozy alcove. Electric car charging possible. Bring your own charging cable.

Lovely furnished golf house of 77 m2 for 4 people. Short distance to the center with spa, wellness, water park, bowling, tennis and several restaurants. Located perfectly in the middle of Denmark's best golf resort with the two fantastic golf courses; the Europa tour course "New Course" and the shorter "Old Course". Short distance to the city of Aalborg. Short distance to the North Sea. Amazing nature in the immediate area. Charging plugs for electric car (400V/3 phase - maximum 11kW) Power consumption is charged separately with DKK4.00/ kWh.

Cozy holiday home/golf house in beautiful surroundings

Enjoy a lovely weekend or holiday in our lovely holiday home located in the lovely surroundings of 'Himmerland spa and Golf Resort' with many opportunities for fun activities and great experiences. The holiday home is 95 sqm on two levels and is rented for 6 people (three bedrooms). It is newly renovated in the spring of 2022 and appears both well-appointed and cozy!! From the living room there is an exit to a lovely wooden terrace. The house has fast WiFi as well as Chromecast. Free water park is included in the price.

Well-maintained and cozy A house, located in Himmerland Golf resort. Located in the “Snake”. Lovely area - lots of beautiful nature, lovely golf courses, lots of sports activities, spa and swimming pool in Himmerland Golf resort, where there are also 3 restaurants and 1 grocery store. 6 people can stay overnight, but is most suitable for 4 people. Well decorated house, 2 lovely terraces. Possibility to leave an electric car at the house - against payment of consumption. Transferred per mobilepay.

Cottage only 500 meters to the water Bring the whole family to this amazing home with lots of room for fun and fuss. Plenty of space for the big family or multiple families on vacation together. The 5th bedroom is in the annex in the garden Consumption in addition to the rent must be settled. 3.5kr/0.5€ per. KWh, water with 20kr/3€ per day. There is a hot tub in the garden that you can use. It costs 300kr/45€ of the wilderness bath in addition to the rent of the house. We do not rent to youth groups.

Cozy cottage, sleeps 8, in Ertebølle. 4 of the sleeping places are bunk beds. In the garden there is a shelter and a fire pit to cook on. There is an additional outdoor heated pool with room for the whole family. Depending on the weather, the pool will be heated to between 25-28 degrees. Inside there is a spa as well as sauna, new kitchen, and wood-burning stove. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the fjord or take a walk in the forest. NOTE: The pool is available from 15/5 to 1/9
