Cozy house in a quiet setting overlooking fields with a rich wildlife in a hilly terrain (Åsted Ådal) A large south-facing wooden terrace with a parasol, barbecue and plenty of opportunities for relaxation. The house is on 2 floors, where the lower floor contains a large open kitchen/living room, living room, bathroom, play/children's room, entrance, as well as laundry room with laundry facilities. The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a balcony on the 1st floor, where coffee can be enjoyed with views over the countryside.

Lovely bright cottage in beautiful natural area

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. The cottage is located on a lovely secluded plot in beautiful natural surroundings. The house is newly renovated and is welcoming, bright and spacious. There is a wood-burning stove in the house. The grounds are surrounded by close planting, but not the fence for if you brought your dog. Close to forest and about 1000 to beach. The beach at Hou/Hals is extremely child-friendly, you are allowed to bring your dog on a leash. Distance to supermarket is 3 km. 30 min to Aalborg and 40 to Frederikshavn

Large and exclusive villa of 270 sqm. The villa is located 200 meters from the beach and has sea views. There are terraces and balconies so there is a possibility of sun morning and evening. There is an outdoor shelter, fire pit, barbecue, children's area and outdoor hot tub with a constant temperature of at least 35 degrees. The villa is completely renovated in 2020 and consists of the best materials. There are for the villa bla. 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets with bla. The villa is also close to the city center and harbor. Car can be rented.

Welcome to our rich and charming holiday home in Denmark with short distance to all city amenities. 500 meters to the newly renovated Sæby swimming pool. Sæby Torv, the beach and the harbour are in short walking distance. Across the road you will find Söja's best bakeries. Great patio with barbecue and lawn, play and ball games. Lots of bikes available. Electricity and heating, TV and internet included. Parking on the property's property with room for two cars. Ideal for families with young children. Clean up after agreement.
