The house is an old townhouse - completely restored in 2008. Located in the center of Dronninglund, close to shopping. There is a lovely courtyard with a covered terrace. There is plenty of beautiful nature in the area with forest, lake and only 7 km to the beach in Aså. The house is 169 sqm and on 2 floors. I have 2 cats and 10 chickens, which need to be looked after by the people staying in the house. The cats can run in and out of the house. The chickens just need to be let in and out. And then, of course, you just have to fill up with food for them if needed.

Welcome to our cozy townhouse in the heart of Sæby Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our charming townhouse. The house is perfectly located only 100 meters from the atmospheric pedestrian street, where you will find shops, cafes and restaurants. The house has a cozy, enclosed courtyard. Only 700 meters from the house is Sæby's beautiful harbor and the lovely beach. The harbor is buzzing with life, with restaurants and small shops, while the beach is perfect for a dip, walks or just enjoying the view.

In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.
