In the middle of the forest, and close to the ferry's arrival and a good beach, is our holiday home, 90 m2 plus 15 m2 annex with plenty of space for up to six people. The house is not suitable for people with cat allergies, as the owners themselves have cats. The house is a Swedish holiday home, well insulated and with a wood-burning stove, cozy kitchen and living room in one, large terrace and 5500 m2 plot with enclosed cat yard, greenhouse and raised beds, outdoor furniture, fireplace and free firewood. Can also easily be rented in autumn and winter, e.g. Christmas and/or New Year on Læsø.

The house is beautifully located in a quiet area with only 200 meters to the beach and 400 meters to the family park Farmfun. The house is 150 m2 and consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outdoor shower, large kitchen/dining room/living room and charming lounge with sofa furniture, high bar and outdoor kitchen. Wide doors at both ends of the lounge can be opened, making the room an integral part of the large terraces surrounding the house. 50 m2 covered terrace allows you to play table tennis. In the garden there is a trampoline and plenty of room for activity

Fantastic full-time cottage in the 2nd row to a beautiful beach with a newly built wellness area - outdoor spa, outdoor shower and infrared sauna. The cottage has several terraces where you can always find a spot in the sun and in the shade. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and in the summer months one in the Annex in the garden as part of the wellness area. The beach has the finest sand and is very child-friendly. The house is located directly adjacent to a very large heathland area with fantastic views of the heath and dunes.

The house is located on a unique property with its own path leading directly down the dune to a fantastic, child-friendly beach. There is a 120-meter private path to the beach. The house is surrounded by trees and is undisturbed in quiet surroundings. The house has a lovely south-facing covered terrace with good shelter. The house itself is architect-designed, and there is a lovely atmosphere in the cozy room of the house. The place is ideal for a relaxing vacation, with excellent options for activities within a short distance.

Villa near Palmestrand, train station and city center

Cozy and well-appointed 1 1/2 story house with lots of charm, close to Palmestranden. The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

The cottage is located near Sæby, which is a charming coastal town with a cozy harbor, beautiful forests, small cafes, and an atmospheric old town center. The decor is practical and simple with a focus on light and coziness. There are plenty of lovely outdoor cozy spots.

Here you will find peace, relaxation and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with beautiful nature, which invites you to both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, then there is plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by a large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a short break or an overnight stay in the nature.
