This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. Cozy older home. Lots of space. Great outdoor patio space for entertaining. 10 mins from Binghamton. Quiet neighborhood. Fire pit in the back with chairs, grill and lots of board games for the family fun nights! Coffee bar, breakfast snacks It’s a must stay !! I do have an outdoor cat that likes to hang out on the patio, he is friendly and loves people.
