This old 140 m2 stone building has been completely renovated and offers an atypical and warm space. Located 8 minutes by car from Aubenas, 10 minutes from Lussas (documentary festival at the end of August) and 20 minutes from Privas, my house is in the heart of old Vesseaux. Quiet, with a courtyard, garden and two large terraces, 4 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located close to shops (bakery, butcher, Vival) and many river and hiking spots.

Nestled in the heart of the Ardèche, this small rental is perfect for a stay for two. You will enjoy a comfortable and stylish accommodation close to nature, the most beautiful sites in the area, as well as many outdoor activities. For a bike ride, the greenway is close to the property. Many amenities are within walking distance in the village, bakeries, supermarket, butcher shop... Linens and towels are provided, and there is a griddle for your grilled dishes.

The Ustaou of the Chota

Small cocoon of love, with magnificent views, 6 km from Aubenas. This shelter was self-built with eco-friendly materials. The walls are made of straw, wood and earthen coating. Beautiful wooden terrace, where it's good to rest. Lots of walks nearby. If our 2 homes are available at the same time. Oustaou and Hulotte. Possibility to come as a group of 4 while having your privacy.
