I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. Within walking distance is the village shop and a garden centre - a must for a lunch - delicious! For a quiet, peaceful getaway 40 Winks is perfect

Great place to stay with beautiful surroundings!

This was my 3rd stay at Jayne's place. Always spotless. Great location, and easy to find. Exactly as described and has everything you need. Great off street parking. Jayne's communicating is always great. Loved the sponge cake...Thanks Will use again- Thanks Jayne :) Sarah
