Pra di Brëc is our dream that became true. We have restructured our grandparents’ home and we would like to offer you an experience characterized by simplicity and hospitality, to understand and appreciate the value of the family we grew up with. We have combined tradition and design, maintaining the original structure of the house and re-using the materials available in the old house . We have combined these antique materials (and objects) with a modern thought of aesthetics and comfort.

The Little House of Rosemary

Small, typically Piemontese terraced house in a historical village at the foot of the castle of Cerrione in the province of Biella. Fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with panoramic views of a moraine and a greenhouse situated on it. Private entrance and a reserved parking space. Ideal place for outdoor sports and to visit the sites of scenic, historical, and cultural interest of Biella and Canavese. 15 minutes from Lake Viverone, 20 km from Ivrea, 14 km from Biella and 17 km from Santhià.

We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice, and we came to this place in the forest to begin a simple yet rewarding life, trying to learn from nature. Our home in the deep mountain forest exists in quiet isolation, 1 kilometer from the nearest inhabitants. We offer you an attic apartment hand-renovated by Riccardo. The apartment has a big bed and pull-out couch (both situated under skylights), a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and a view of the valley.

Ground floor apartment of 100 square meters plus very large covered veranda in a very nice villa. Independent access and guaranteed privacy, wifi, wood-burning fireplace, and free parking. Completely new set-up. Large kitchen on living room, fireplace room, half bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with one and a half bed, 2 single beds and on request bed for children up to 2 years old. Beautiful covered outdoor veranda.

At the top of a hill planted with Nebbiolo vineyards, immersed in a 20-hectare wooded property, we offer peaceful and relaxing stays. Three finely renovated apartments in the oldest farmhouse in the village, overlooking the plain and the castles of Valdengo and Ternengo. Ca Becca is known in the area as a place of firstlings, as it enjoys a special micro climate, a few degrees warmer than the plains below even if located 500 meters above sea level.

Supermarket 2 steps away... another 3 minutes away and there is the square with a bar, pastry shop, pharmacy and other shops. The historic center of Biella is easily reachable with a 20-minute walk or bus (stop below the house)
