Morgens Kaffee mit See und Stadtblick.? Yes please! ☕ Die Wohnung selbst war super ausgestattet, alles blitzsauber und total gemütlich. Uns hat’s an nichts gefehlt – von der Küche bis zur Terrasse war alles perfekt durchdacht. Das absolute Highlight für unsere Kids (und ehrlich gesagt auch für uns): der mega Pool! 🏊‍♂️ Die 3 haben dort quasi den ganzen Tag verbracht – wir mussten sie abends fast rausfischen 😄 Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wer hier bucht, macht alles richtig. Wir kommen garantiert wieder – absolute Empfehlung!

Tolle kleine und feine Villa mit allem was man braucht. Ein eingezäunter und großer Garten für den Hund und eine nahe Gassi Runde durch die Natur, auch tolle „local“ Restaurants in Fussläufiger Umgebung. Die Villa ist Architektonisch interessant und sehr ansprechend und hell. Alles ist durchdacht und technisch hochwertig ausgerüstet. Wunderbare Oase mit Pool und allem was man braucht :) Sehr zu empfehlen! Cinzia ist super nett und hat schnell geantwortet! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist modern, hochwertig eingerichtet und liegt ideal für Ausflüge in die Region – z. B. nach Venedig oder Treviso. Besonders der Pool und die schöne Umgebung haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Tipps von Luisa waren super und haben uns sehr geholfen. Wir waren mit zwei zehnjährigen Kindern dort. Für Familien in ähnlicher Konstellation ist gut zu wissen, dass das zusätzliche Bett im Wohnzimmer steht, wo die Klimaanlage/Lüftung nachts hörbar ist. Auch der nahegelegene Park beherbergt Hühner samt Hahn unf Pfau und sorgt morgens für Naturgeräusche – das gehört hier einfach dazu. Die vielen Vorteile überwogen für uns deutlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Nicola. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend und die Aussicht ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig erhöht und wir empfehlen ein Auto, um nach Bardolino zu gehen. Bardolino ist mit Kindern und Hund ebenfalls super. Es hat einen Hundespielplatz und viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder. Das Highlight war der kleine Bummelzug.

Ich war 3,5 Wochen bei Luca zu Gast und habe mich sofort "heimisch" wohl gefühlt. Luca war stets sehr hilfsbereit und hat mir wertvolle Tipps für die Region gegeben. Es fühlte sich wirklich an, wie bei einem Freund zu wohnen. Da wir gemeinsame Interessen hatten (Dronen, Motorräder, Motorsport) haben wir während meines Aufenthalts auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten erlebt. Es war ein wirklich sehr gelungener Urlaub für mich bei Luca und seiner Mama.

Ihana paikka olla rauhassa ja nauttia kauniista ympäristöstä aidossa italialaisessa maalaiskylässä. Kävimme lähellä Volanossa kävelyllä nauttimassa kauniista luonnosta vuorilla. Pizzat lähiravintolassa olivat myös herkullisia. Talosta näkyi kerrassaan upeat maisemat Valle Camonican laaksoon.

We loved staying here - our little boy (21 months) really enjoyed the huge garden space, playing hide and seek and just having fun. The space is even better than the photos suggest - it was quite idyllic. Very easy to access Venice by public transport and to drive to other locations. Lots of hidden gems in the area, and a great place to visit. A big thank you to Alberto for being a really lovely host.

Wonderful place. Easy walk to almost anywhere in Venice, and the Accademia Vaporetto stop is just a few minutes walk away. Wonderful views feom the Accademia bridge. A/C works great even in the heat wave.
