The main room (wooden floor) is equipped with a small desk, chair, WLAN access, tv, bed (1,40x2,00m) with covers, armchair and a wardrobe . The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. You can use your own terrace, chairs and table. Please check with us first if you want to book from December.

Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Das Apartment ist ca. 25 qm groß, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat einen eigenen Eingang. Es besteht aus einem kleinen Wohnraum mit moderner Küchenzeile, einem elektrischen Relaxsessel, einem Fernseher sowie einem kleinen Esstisch. In der Schlafnische befindet sich ein Bett, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Deckenventilator, der für Luftzirkulation sorgt. Auch gibt es einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich mit Schreibtisch. Im Badezimmer sorgt die bodentiefe Dusche für Wohlbefinden.

The apartment is about 60 m², consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.40 m wide bed, the other with a single bed, kitchen, bathroom. Shopping, city park, Bus connection, water park, gym within 3-10 minutes' walk. The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes. The companies Bertelsmann and Miele are close by. The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

The property is in the immediate vicinity of Europe's largest gliding airport with access to the Teutoburg Forest Nature Reserve. This is right next to the front door and invites you to sporting activities. Shopping and the city center are within minutes' walking distance. The property offers a cozy modern ambiance. The separate entrance to the apartment with private bathroom and kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.
