From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Small shop in the village, ideal also with children, low traffic and pure nature around the whole apartment. There is beautiful Lauchertal to the right - Danube Valley to the left side of the apartment.

It is equipped with a kitchenette (stove/oven/fridge...) and a dining area, a small bathroom with shower and a living room-bedroom with sofa bed. It is rural, but has shopping in the village, as well as a pharmacy and doctor.
