Charming house in a quiet countryside.

Small charming house in the quiet countryside. Completely renovated with beautiful beams and exposed stone walls. On the ground floor a large living room of 35 m2, living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen area. Upstairs, a bedroom, a bed for 2 people, a second bedroom with two beds and a shower room. There is also a private outdoor area. There is a parking space in front of the property. The house is very well located for visiting La Charente Maritime.

Country cottage with pool

We offer a cottage in the countryside in Charente-Maritime in our farmhouse complex. The cottage is fully renovated, it has a capacity of up to 8 people with terrace and indoor pool (pool hours 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) it is naturally heated by a dome. (October to May the pool is closed) A relaxation area with deckchairs is at your disposal. The vacation rental is composed of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen area with dining room.

*Welcome to La Cabana* Small air-conditioned accommodation to have a good time, located in a cul-de-sac of old Saint Jean d'Angely, with parking space. You will find a large Jacuzzi, a king size bed 180*200, a 146 cm TV perfect for your romantic evenings! In the bathroom, a large shower with a rainfall shower head. The attic room with a skylight above the bed is accessible via a miller's ladder. Small novelty: A massage table is available.

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !
