alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

Ines‘ Unterkunft ist zwar etwas schwer zu finden, aber das macht die Gastgeberin mit ihrer guten Erreichbarkeit und Anweisungen wieder wett. Wir haben eine ruhige, private Unterkunft gesucht, in der wir abschalten können - und genau das haben wir bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bleibt im Sommer angenehm kühl. Es gab WLAN, aber ich habe es eigentlich genossen, keinen Empfang zu haben. Das war ein wunderbar entspannender Urlaub. Ich habe die Unterkunft bereits weiterempfohlen. 10/10!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Ich habe Malinis Unterkunft zusammen mit meiner besten Freundin für eine Woche gemietet. Wir waren super zu Frieden und die Wohnung sah toll aus. Es lohnt sich wirklich dort mal Vorbeizuschauen. Wenn man ein Problem hat, dann wird sofort geholfen und die gesamte Familie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir durften auch das kleine Restaurant von Malinis Ehemann kennenlernen, welches sich ausschließlich für Vegetarier und Veganer lohnt. Super lecker! Ich denke wir werden wiederkommen :)

We stayed almost 2 weeks with Josip and Ivana with our familiy of 4 (2 little children) and it was perfect. The apartment is pretty new, very clean and very good standard and has everything what we needed. In addition, Josip and Ivana were great hosts, gave tips, frehs fruit from the garden and were very kind. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and are happy to come back. Many thanks!

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

Ailemle birlikte güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Ev güzel dekore edilmişti ve olanakları güzeldi. Havuz çocuklarla keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağladı. Mangalin olmasi büyük bir avantajdi. Ev mahremiyet doluydu. Sakin, keyifli vakitler geçirdik. Ev sahibi cana yakin nazik biriydi. Herkese tavsiye ediyoruz. Pişman olunmayacak konum ve imkanlara sahip güzel bir ev !

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Die Kommunikation mit Luka (dem Keyholder) war super. Er war hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; er hat uns gleich ein tolles Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt, sodass wir sie kaum verlassen wollten. Wir haben die Poolheizung für 20 € pro Tag dazu gebucht (was eine sehr gute Entscheidung war).

Hallo Renato, Mira und Martina, Eure Villa ist wirklich ein seltenes Fundstück. Innen- sowie Aussenbereich sind liebevoll mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir verbrachten 8 wundervolle Tage bei euch und haben jeden Tag in der Abgeschiedenheit von Poljane genossen. Wunderbare Strände befinden sich maximal 25 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation von vor der Buchung, nach der Buchung, der Anreise wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war vorbildlich. Liebe Grüße, Dieter und Margareth

My family, friends, and I were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this owner's place. The house was perfect for our group, and everything was just great. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay right at our fingertips. I especially want to highlight how clean and cozy every room was. The owner is an incredibly kind person—he gave us great recommendations, treated us to some cold beer 😄, and was always available to help with any questions. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We’ll definitely recommend this place to all our friends and hope to return someday!

La maison de Meri est chaleureuse et joliment décorée, elle dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. le lever du soleil est magnifique ! Une autre terrasse dans le jardin pour manger quand il fait très chaud. Meri nous a accueilli personnellement et nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme. Attention toutefois, les routes sont escarpées et les plages assez chargées en août ! nous avons profité du calme de la maison et de sa fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs. visite à Rovinj, rafting en montagne, restaurants de poisson et expérience de plongée sous marine ! A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. La anfitriona excelente, amable, cuidadosa, siempre pendiente. Tuvo el detalle de dejarnos una tarta riquísima, fruta, vino. La casa era estupenda con todo lo que puedes necesitar, súper completo con una zona de barbacoa y jardín, al lado de una playa. Para nosotros está en el top 3 de todas las casas en la que hemos estado y son muchas. La recomiendo mucho, por todo ubicación, limpieza, amplia, cómoda , detalles con los huéspedes,

Wow, what a wonderful place! A true hide-out, in a secluded location, but with a view to die for. Best place ever to enjoy your morning coffee...! Our host Claudia has created a very cool place, mixing modern designs with a very old and traditional house and surroundings. We definitely hope to be able to return soon!!
