Nan is an excellent host. Our stay was tranquil with gorgeous surroundings. Loved waking up to petting her horses. We will definitely book another stay the next time we visit!

This was our second time staying at the Oaks and Avo RV. If you enjoy the outdoors, nature, and a super relaxed place to recharge, this is hard to beat. It's about a 5-minute drive to downtown Carp, but the RV itself is in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, tucked into the foothills. We were traveling with our dog and this retro RV and the lovely private yard around it was just what we needed.

It was very close to Island Packers which was the excursion company we used to travel to Channel Islands National Park. It was only a 13 minute drive and we were able to have our cats so we didn't need to leave them at home. It was very clean and close to everything we needed.

Perfect for a short stay in the Ojai area.

Host is very helpful, the place was beautiful and clean, love the peaceful atmosphere. We wish we would have stayed longer. Definitely planning to come back longer. Thank you for making our valentines date night a lovely night

We had a great stay in their RV with our pups! It was a perfect spot knowing we’d be out and about all day exploring Ojai and really just needed a place to sleep. Everything was very clean, and the AC worked well at night. The queen bed isn’t super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi rarely worked, but otherwise it was great! The neighborhood is quiet, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here again!

Loved staying in the air stream. It was exactly the right size for traveling alone. It was exceptionally clean, smelled good, easy to use and walking distance to everything. Not a draw back, but just an fyi, the heater was loud, so if you run cold like me and you don’t want all of the noise, make sure you bring an extra blanket. Would definitely stay here again. Really great concept and it was very peaceful. Ohhhh, and literally next door to an amazing running, biking trail across Ojai. This was the hidden gem I didn’t even know was here.

Danny was extremely helpful in helping me better understand the details of the RV rental. I used this for my coaching staff while playing in a youth tournament at the SB polo grounds. It worked out great. If you're looking to sleep 5, you'll need 2 that are comfortable sleeping in queen and 2 that are comfortable sleeping in a full. Also, all you need is an extension cord for powering up the RV when engine is off. Overall, this was a great value considering the prices of hotels in the area. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect for a nature / beach front stay. Genabel is a great host. She described everything we needed about the place for a pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the sound of crashing waves putting me to sleep and the property was also perfect for pets. I will definitely stay here again as a first choice when visiting the area. Carpinteria is a magical, mellow and friendly town to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Junior's RV. We stayed in Malibu RV beach park. We took our teenager and our infant for our first RV stay at the beach. The camper was comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The tv has streaming network. Junior provided us with chairs and a lawn mat so that we could enjoy our meals outdoors. Communication was wonderful. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and a coffee maker. Big fridge and stove. It couldn't have been better for us. We can't wait to book again!!

It was the perfect Valentines getaway for my fiancée and I. Place was really beautiful and peaceful. Felt right at home and made us consider getting one of our own. Would definitely recommend.

We had a simple stay at Juan’s place. We just needed a spot to lay our heads before a boating/island trip. Was as described. Beds are incredibly soft. Thank you for a reliable stay !

Wonderful host! My daughter and I loved the beautiful nature setting and being able to connect with the animals . Our host made us feel at home on her gorgeous property and in the magical trailer ! Will return !

Our stay was perfect. The trailer was exactly as expected, adorable, thoughtfully appointed and just right for our 30th anniversary weekend away. It is small, but if you are looking for a good snuggle with Your Person and love the little space lifestyle, it’s perfection. We took our e-bikes and easily accessed the paths that take you right into the middle of Ojai. It was a great home base for our weekend adventure!

I can't even begin to express how ridiculously cute this trailer is. So lovely and all the details/decor/provisions were so fun and helpful. The neighborhood was beautiful and very peaceful. We didn't have time to take advantage of the outdoor area, but it was super cute and wished we had hung out there. We cooked and ate inside a couple of times and had all that we needed. Was able to relax and watch TV while laying in the incredibly comfortable bed. Brandi made great recommendations for places to eat - our favorite was the Cafe Ficelle right before you enter the neighborhood. Delicious! Brandi was also very responsive to my many questions and clarifications. I have already recommended her stay to my friends and family and I can't wait to come back. There were many stores nearby and driving to our friends and family in Oxnard, Ventura, and Santa Barbara was super easy from there. Thank you Brandi for making our mini vacation so wonderful!

Wow. Probably the cutest stay I’ve had. Was so excited by how cute everything was from the moment I pulled up. The outdoor areas were amazing, the beds and cozy living room were so nice. The record player was a great touch. The walkability was one of the best perks. Had an amazing dinner at Full Moon izakaya just down the street and enjoyed the bikes on the greenway! Will be back again and again!

Our stay at Kevin’s Airstream was nothing short of spectacular. Finding the property and gaining access was a breeze and all needed information was supplied prior to our arrival. The property was in pristine condition and had all of the listed amenities. The airstream - so cozy. It was perfect, and had everything that we needed. The kitchen was easy to use, and had spices and utensils/plate ware for making our own meals. There was plenty of room to hang out in the Airstream or out on the property. The sauna was amazing, and a little cold plunge/cold shower afterwards was just what the Dr ordered. We were so close to downtown, only a short five minute drive. All in all, I would recommend anyone to book this air bnb, especially if you’re looking for a nice private little getaway with tiny Home vibes. The hosts were always responsive to all of my questions and incredibly helpful. Thanks so much Kevin! We had an incredibly special stay at your property.
