Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The is a working art studio with a loft, filled with artwork and art supplies. Two minutes to Zuma Beach. Nearby scenic hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and surfing. Room to store your boards and bikes. Enjoy the sunset views over the ocean from your patio. NOTE: Stairs to the loft are steep and not recommended for small children or anyone with issues climbing stairs. Occasional neighborhood construction noise to be expected.

Casita Solstice

VERY PRIVATE location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate.

Your own oasis in the midst of 400 acres ON the San Antonio Creek, surrounded by hills and nature.
