Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ventnor

Fantastic place for our families to meet up and spend time exploring Mornington Peninsula. Very well equipped pad. I’m a travel writer so review ALOT of varying accommodations from villas through to hotels across the globe. This pad is everything you need for a comfortable, restful stay, a home away from home! We’ll be back.

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

John was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was in an incredible location with beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

Richard and his wife were an absolute pleasure and their farm stay was perfect. The children had an amazing time with the animals and the play ground and trampoline were a hit! Overall very happy with our stay and will certainly be back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Polperro Farmhouse. It was the perfect weekend escape with friends, I wish we had another couple of nights! We had a beautiful lunch at the winery and it was a nice stroll back to the house. The property is just beautiful, beds super comfy, kitchen and fridge well stocked too. Thanks for a great stay

Marg was an absolutely amazing host. She gives you great recommendations of things to see and do the surrounding area. Instructions were very clear and her home is beautiful. Clean with everything you need. She is very responsive and very friendly. 10/10 experience.

Our stay at Cloud Cottage was absolutely perfect! The house is on a beautifully quiet street with an unbelievable view. Jenny keeps the house incredibly clean and stocked with all of the necessities that you will need for your stay. I could not recommend an Air BnB more highly! We can not wait to visit again!

Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

We had an incredible stay at the charming retreat. From the moment we arrived, Dot was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. One of the first things we noticed was the thoughtful little details, like the personalized welcome sign, which set the tone for the entire stay. The place itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both cozy and inviting. We especially loved the continental breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect start to our day. Dot also left some of our favourite chocolates to enjoy. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, we were able to easily explore the area without feeling rushed. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was remarkably peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. Overall, the retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. Dot’s hospitality, the attention to detail, and the great location left a lasting impression.

Max was responsive, friendly and a fantastic host. The Boat House is quaint get eclectic at the same time with charming character. Quiet location, easily drivable to Cowes and some fantastic local walks nearby too! Would certainly stay again

We were after a place that was quiet with a bit of luxury and we had both with this beautiful accommodation within walking distance from the water. The property was super clean and had everything we needed including fresh bread, milk, bacon and eggs. Located perfectly away from the hustle of Cowes and more populated areas yet close enough to visit all areas of the Island within minutes. We even had visits from the local possums and wallaby. We did have a bit of trouble connecting to Netflix and it stopping but when we mentioned it Max had already organised for this to be looked at seeing it was meant to of been fixed a couple of weeks earlier. Still loved this place.

Carole and John went out of their way to make our weekend away special and relaxing. We had a wonderful breakfast hamper supplied to us, along with some birthday treats for my partner, chocolates on the pillows, and a cosy fire already lit when we got there. The accommodation was spotless and really comfortable, with a shower that you could’ve spent hours in if we weren’t being conscious of water use for their water tanks. The gardens are beautifully kept, with 12 acres to stroll around and a picnic basket ready for you to find a perfect hideaway with. Carole and John were so accommodating and lovely. All in all, it’s perfect for a romantic and relaxing weekend away in nature.

What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. Thank you Deni for your care and attention to detail, we certainly hope to be back again xx

We had a Fantastic Stay with Colin and Sandy who made us very welcome in their house over 2 nights away in Easter. The Communication between Colin and I before we arrive was excellent and their local knowledge was great too - in fact before we arrive Colin recommended 2 x Restaurants that actually took pre-bookings both of which were excellent. Bathroom was spotless and the Bed was comfy too - Breakfast was on a "help yourself basis" which we both liked the concept of. Thanks Colin and Sandy - I am sure that we will be back one day. The house is very high-end and is the landlord's own house. From the decoration to the furniture, tableware, and bedding, everything is high-end. Daily necessities are complete and it feels like home. The landlord, Ms. Deirdre, is generous and allowed us to use the BBQ stove to cook. She prepared a hearty breakfast for us, and the homemade jam and eggs were especially delicious. The unexpected surprise was the extra gift of sparkling wine and white wine. We spent two pleasant days here and we thank her. It can be seen that the landlord Deirdre is very attentive to the guests and she is serious about running a good B&B. I actively recommend it to guests.

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future
