Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Situato nel centro storico di Ventimiglia offre una buona sistemazione per 6 ospiti (2 camere matrimoniali e 1 divano letto)a pochi passi dal porto "Cala del Forte" e dalla favolosa spiaggia sabbiosa "Calandre".11 km da Menton(Francia),19 km da Monaco, 18 km da Sanremo. Le varie spiaggie sono raggiungibili a piedi con possibilità di utilizzare il nuovo ascensore gratuito. Animali non ammessi. L'alloggio non è raggiungibile in auto poiché è presente una ztl. Parcheggio grande a 5 minuti a piedi.
