Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

Incredible two weeks at this place while I travelled for work. Everything according to instructions, the place is incredibly nice for the price, and in the heart of madrid! Thanks a lot

It is 750m away from Atoca train station, and the nearest subway station is 500m away, so transportation is convenient. It is located on the 1st floor, so there is no need to take an elevator, and security is good. Facilities such as washing machines and dryers are well-equipped and clean. The surrounding area is relatively safe even if you walk around at night.

The location of the property was wonderful. 15-20 minutes from the airport, many restaurants, shopping, and parks nearby. Amenities- above and beyond. So appreciative of the goodies and bottle of wine waiting at our disposal! Gloria was a fantastic host- proactive with instructions and quickly responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our stay in Chisco y Jaz's apartment was wonderful. Very easy and clear check-in/check-out instructions. Jaz and Chisco were very responsive to all of our questions. The apartment is situated just outside of the center. We had a rental car which made it easy to drive around. Otherwise, public transportation or ride share apps are easily accessible in the area as well.

Javier and Natalia’s place was as homey as it gets, it truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, and the location was perfect. It’s close to all the restaurants we wanted to try and nearby all the sights we wanted to visit, so we barely had to use transit. Communication could be a bit more consistent, but it was okay overall. What we appreciate most is that they accommodated us with an early check-in. When we arrived, we met Carmina, who was so welcoming and gracious toward our kids! We’d definitely stay there again!

A lovely stay! Ibby was wonderful, very responsive and provided excellent recommendations for things to do, nearby restaurants and places to visit in the city. Her apartment is beautiful, spotless, and clearly designed with a lot of care and attention to detail. The neighborhood was quiet and fine, though a bit far from the city center, so we ended up relying on Ubers to get around. Overall, a really comfortable and well-kept space with a great host.

The accommodation is exactly as described, very good distance to the city center because it is perfectly close to the subway station and bus connections. For us, the included parking was perfect, as we are doing a round trip in Spain, we used Uber during our stay, pickup was possible right outside the door. All in one, a great value for the money, very clean, tastefully furnished, we will be happy to come back.

Fantastic place, very cosy and Rosario was an excellent communicator. would fully recommend to any couple or solo traveller looking for a base to see Madrid.

All good. Comfortable shirts. The only thing we missed was trash bags, but otherwise great.

If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces, all very well-equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent stay, very clean, very well-equipped, perfect air conditioning. Great location, very close to the subway. It met all expectations!! And Carmen is a very good host, she answered our questions very quickly, very loving and understanding.

Our experience was excellent. The property's condition, cleanliness, and location are perfect, with plenty of options for food, transportation, a gym, a pharmacy, a hair salon, and a market. Patricia and Miguel are wonderful. We will definitely return in the future.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

Wonderful flat! Comfortable with lovely view of the street. Plenty of bedding and kitchen supplies. Amazing location close to public transit, cabs, restaurants, cafes, and all tourism sites. Amazingly quiet given how close to the action. Stepping onto the street was suddenly private. There are markets nearby for food and essentials. The host was not only incredibly kind and timely, but even flexible with check in. Highly recommend and would love to return!

The apartment is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in both rooms, well-equipped kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. Suitable for long-term stays for a couple.

This is an accesible place. The apt has a washer, kitchen, blow dryer and a/c. It is a few blocks away from Plaza Mayor and many other tourist places. Definitely recommend this place.
