Monthly Rentals in Ventas, Ciudad Lineal

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

We stayed in this Apartment recently for a month and had a wonderful time. It is exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. There is a Bus stop just outside the Door which will take you to the center of Madrid. The Metro is only a short walk away. Jorge is a very attentive and pleasant host. We highly recommend him and this Apartment.

The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay. It’s well-equipped and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a Nespresso or filter coffee machine I would say. We had a great stay overall - the neighborhood is very calm and safe, with easy access to markets, bakeries, and other essentials. It’s also conveniently located near central areas with plenty of restaurant options.

Fernando’s apartment was a great choice for us! Everything matched the photos - it was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We worked from home during our two-month stay, and the apartment was perfect for that - quiet, has 2 tables where you can sit and work plus great internet connection. The location is brilliant: you can choose between two metro lines - the green line or the orange line - to get anywhere in Madrid. All necessary shops are close to the apartment (for example, Mercadona is just a 5-minute walk away). Fernando was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help! It was a real pleasure communicating with him. We can’t recommend staying at his apartment enough!
