Vacation rentals with a patio in Ventanicas-el Cantal

very pleasant stay, gino superhost welcomed us in a very friendly way. Bottles of water were waiting for us in the fridge. A bottle of wine on the living room table and he accompanied us for our check-in. Very functional equipment.

The apartment is as Gabriel describes it. There were 4 of us (family) and two medium-sized dogs. It was perfect, bright, ventilated and spacious, clean and with the amenities described in the ad. I would repeat. There is also a pool all year round... excellent for those who don't like the beach 🏖️ haha

Great Apartment, for short of long stay. Maria is very active and reply super quick! I recommend 1000% to stay at her flat!

Our 2nd visit and not disappointed, just 1 issue with the heavy rain but quickly resolved. We love the location, easy access to all amenities and the beach and a couple of golf courses nearby. Looking forward to next years visit

Great apartment with huge terazza. Nice neighbourhood close to the beaches and supermarkets. Really convenient basement for car. Including also nice pool area for the residents. Joaquin was really friendly and helpful and gave us lot of good recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommended!

Gabriel & Ana are superb hosts and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and everything is perfect with your stay. The property itself is just wonderful and in a fantastic location with a flat walk to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and bus stops. We have been here for 5 weeks and are so sad to leave. The apartment was perfect size for the two of us and exceptionally clean. The whole development is very well maintained and very safe and clean. The swimming pool is lovely with access to it just a few step from your balcony. Having use of the bikes is an added bonus and we made a lot of use of them exploring the surrounding areas. There are lots of very safe cycle paths to use. I can’t recommend this property enough. We have loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming again. Thank you Gabriel and Ana.

We had a very nice time at the place

We stayed 7 nights. The apartment has exceeded our expectations. Really everything is available and well maintained. Attention has been paid to the smallest details. Daniel waited for us and showed us around the apartment. He is friendly, helpful and always available and responds immediately to messages. The location is great because you are on the outskirts of the city and on the one hand you are on the highway quite quickly and on the other hand you are a 15-minute walk from the beach. The old town is about 35 minutes' walk. As Daniel described in his advertisement, the indoor underground garage is only suitable for a small car. We have a Citroën Picasso C4 and it is too large. But this is not a problem because there is always free parking in the neighborhood. We have always been able to park the car across the street from the apartment on the main street. Magical! A very nice cottage in a beautiful place. Lovely terrace with an amazing view. The starry sky and the light of the lighthouse made for an extra beautiful experience.

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

Just like you can see in the photos. We were very comfortable. The terrace is spectacular. Communication with Domingo was good, quickly solving a small problem we had. The perfect area for visiting the beaches of Cabo de Gata. Everything was great.

We have been to playa vera many times and can say that this apartment is among the best. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Great beach location to enjoy a swim in the sea before breakfast. The terrace offers sun from morning to evening. Also possibilities for shade are sufficiently available. One of the best homes in Cabo de Gata! A house of 10 Super clean High-equipped

Our stay at Gerrit's was simply perfect in every way! Gerrit welcomed us warmly and stayed in touch with us throughout the stay to make recommendations and answer our questions. The house really has everything you need for a quality stay. The location is fabulous for recharging and relaxing. Cabonneras at this time of year is a small haven of peace with the sea a few steps from the house. Thank you again so much Gerrit for EVERYTHING! Absolutely fantastic apartment. That terrace is a slice of paradise 🤩 Olga was fantastic and communicated so fast and helpful. I absolutely recommend a stay here. The area is stunning too. Loved our stay at Rodrigo's apartment. It was cosy and suited our needs with a nice little kitchen equipped with essential utensils, large fridge freezer, full oven and 4 ring electric hob and a washing machine. Our host was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The complex is a great stay for naturists, and is optional at and around the property but mandatory at the pool. Extremely well landscaped gardens as well as a great outdoor and heated indoor swimming pool. No poolside bar but the surroundings made it a wonderfully relaxing retreat with plenty of sun loungers. The location was convenient, just a short walk from a long sandy beach (parts of which cater for naturism), large supermarket, pharmacy, and several quiet bars and restaurants (great Indian a 5 min walk). No direct bus transfers or train from Almeria airport but we found Executive Airport Shuttles. Overall our stay was fantastic, highly recommend!

Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

lovely apartment. Had a little problem finding it but this was a google maps issue and not the hosts. Very clean and large smart TV not a tiny one you sometimes get at other places. Towels were of excellant quality. Overall a great place, accurately described, Thank you.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

After spending 4 weeks in Natalie's beautiful apartment, we couldn't be happier. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Mojacar Pueblo. Everything you need is available including a kitchen, bathroom, comfortable bedrooms with a lot of wardrobe space and a spacious lounge room. A good internet connection is available, in addition to a heating & AC system - meaning you can stay for a longer visit and be comfortable. Natalie is a great host and was very helpful during our stay. The apartment is close to undercover parking if you are arriving by car, and is just a few steps away from many shops, cafes & restaurants. A small supermarket is just a 5 minute walk away, with another just a bit further. There are plenty of small streets & alleys to walk through and incredible views from all parts of the village.
