A fabulous private villa that sits with the mountains behind and the sea to the front and just a five minute walk to Mojacar's beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The villa is light, airy, and stylish. Bars, restaurants and blue flag beaches all within walking distance from the property. The villa has AMAZING views of the sea, the mountains and Mojacar pueblo. The sofa bed will only be built when there is 9 or 10 adult guests in the house. Any other time the bed is requested there will be a charge.

This accommodation is well worth it, very spacious terrace with sun loungers, beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Everything is in order inside. If something was too short, you just had to ask the question and someone from Rentmojacar came to bring the article. Here you have the opportunity to take another walk along the water without transportation. Bars and restaurants also reachable by foot. In short, this holiday was great, which of course was also thanks to the beautiful weather.

The apartment was perfect for us, although the stairs a little too much for our advanced years. No problem for younger guests. The apartment was most comfortable and well equipped, and the terrace offered splendid views and sun rises were exceptional.

A community pool features clear blue water under a sunny sky, surrounded by a stone terrace. A tall cliff with sparse greenery rises in the background, while a safety buoy is visible near the edge of the pool. White restroom facilities are situated to the side.

Great apartment comfortable and had all you needed for a great holiday. Fedo is very helpful and attentive as a host and gave us lots of recommendations of where to eat and places to visit. The apartment is well equipped and the balcony is prefect as you can sit and relax and enjoy the wonderful sea views. There are a few steps up to the apartment. Good value for money.

As a solo traveller, with my dog, the property and location were perfect - ideal base to work, relax and explore the surrounding area. Thoroughly recommend

Great! We felt right at home, the location is perfect because it is next to the promenade and within a 5-minute walk you can reach beaches and restaurants, and the house is on a super quiet street with no noise. The house was super clean, and with the necessary amenities, actually more than you'd expect in a vacation home… that's why we felt right at home. Very comfortable terrace and air conditioning, we really enjoyed the pool and it's convenient to park. Super available and friendly host…. We will surely be back
