apartment very well located and close to everything, private parking space really great for being quiet. bakery, restaurant, beach, everything is within a 5-minute walk, really great. Lucie is very responsive and reachable. we had a great long weekend, perfect for relaxing from big cities. Do it again without hesitation.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

An excellent base. Stunning views and very comfortable for two and a small dog. The location and surrounding area are beautiful and a great village centre.

A well-furnished studio, a very pleasant garden and a soothing sea view. Beach 1 min walk, Royan waterfront 15 min quiet walk. A great time in a cute and perfectly located accommodation.

My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the views are incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay! In advance, we received clear and helpful instructions on what to do in the area, which was very nice. The house itself was comfortable and ideal for our family, the children also felt immediately at home. The facilities were within walking distance, and nearby were nice places to eat and drink. The beaches in the area were also a real plus. We enjoyed and would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a very good location while being quiet. It is a perfect base to discover the city of Royan and its surroundings while enjoying excellent services. The bedding is also excellent quality! Finally, the communication of the check-in and checkout procedures was very clear.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

Diana and I were super happy with the place. Floki (our dog) got along great with the friendly Lola (her dog). Really great! The place was super clean, the amenities are great and the best part is, the landlords are totally accommodating and sweet. Really! Unfortunately, we were unable to use the pool due to the weather, but it is clean and a nice size. The bakery in the village is really highly recommended, especially the little chocolate cakes! 😍 It was a great stay! PS: The kitchen is well equipped and the dog can roam freely on the premises without being able to escape :)

Very nice stay, we were greeted by Romain on arrival, very nice, friendly and very helpful host. the accommodation is very functional and equipped to accommodate families with a baby and children which is really a big plus. We also met Laure who didn't fail to greet us. Very attentive hosts, very clean accommodation in a peaceful and very well decorated place halfway between lake and ocean, spoiled for choice. Very pleasant stay with friends. The cottage is as described and as shown in the photos. The sofa bed is quite comfortable for a 3rd person and the outdoor space is a real plus. Located about a 20-minute walk to the train station and city center, pleasant walk as a pedestrian. The nearest beach is just a few minutes' walk away, with access to the beautiful terrace of Café Baine. Valerie was super responsive and very friendly. Thank you for everything 🙏
