It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. The house hast been completely renovated. The Apartment is in the first floor. It's attraktiv and it is lovly incide. There is a kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The livingroom is equipped with a TV and a sofa bed for another one or two people, and one in a next rom. The bathroom with toilete/shower. The graduation tower with park offers is also relaxation. (reached in 5 min. to go.) The amunsement Park 'Das Irrland' is 3 km removed. The Environment is diverse.

A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

De bank in de woonkamer kan tevens dienst doen als slaapplek voor 2 extra personen. Een supermarkt, bakker, eetgelegenheden, kroeg en jachthaven liggen allemaal in een straal van 100 meter verwijderd.
