A bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a storage room. You have a private terrace/garden and are five steps from the (communal) heated swimming pool. You rent a beautiful upper house from us with a panoramic view over the Meuse in both directions. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts passing by you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Parkeren kan achterom. Het appartement ligt in afgesloten pollargebied. Je kunt inrijden tussen 6-12.00 uur en tussen 18.00 -20.00 uur. Uitrijden kan altijd.
