Not for the faint of heart! Treat yourself to an enchanting break in this old grocery store, carefully decorated and very well-equipped with its large kitchen that will delight cooks. We like being able to walk there from the train station that gives access to Fontainebleau. We love the diversity of activities without a vehicle: the forest, the Seine, the Loing, Saint Mammès, its market and its port, the medieval village of Moret, the Rosa Bonheur de Thomery Tea Room Museum. Le Local M, we LOVE it!

The apartment is even more beautiful in real life, everything is well thought out. Far enough from the anonymous housing that abounds on the platform, we immediately felt at home, comfortable, we will come back!

The location of the house is perfect: close to all amenities, beautiful environment, house with the charm of the old, clean, quiet, with a charming inner courtyard. The only difficulty encountered is parking, but transportation makes it easier to get around. We had a lovely stay there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Even prettier than in the photos, that's for sure! Good taste is present in all aspects (architecture, furniture, decor, etc.); it's a nice place to stay, we would like to stay longer! Communication with Laurent was clear, pleasant and efficient, as were the instructions in general. I highly recommend it!
