The rental has all the comforts you need, a pellet stove in winter for pleasant warmth and air conditioning in summer essential for a pleasant vacation. My place is close to the village and restaurants. It is very functional, quiet and comfortable. There is a very nice terrace where you only hear the birds singing and sometimes some cicadas. To access the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps not recommended for people with reduced mobility. It is totally independent and you will feel perfectly at ease there.

Welcome to Charlotte's Paradise! A 28 m² studio for 2 to 4 people on the 1st row (seafront), bright, quiet, on the ground floor of a small house from the 60s. Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but view of dune in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6 ft 5 in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest.
