le mobil-home est confortable et propre, le lotissement très calme, c'était parfait. Stéphanie est réactive et sympathique, je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille de 4 personnes. L'appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas des plages et des commerces de proximité. Il est très bien équipe et la terrasse est trés agréable. La communication et l'accueil proposés par Valras Loc sont excellents. Nous recommandons ++

We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit mooie appartement. De locatie is echt top: rustig gelegen en met een prachtig uitzicht op zee. Het appartement is volledig zoals beschreven – alles was aanwezig en de foto’s komen helemaal overeen met de realiteit. De ondergrondse parkeerplaats is een handige extra. We verbleven hier met ons kindje en dat ging perfect. Er was een babybedje en een kinderstoel aanwezig, en het appartement is kindvriendelijk ingericht: ons kindje kon nergens zomaar naartoe ontsnappen. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

2 ème séjour dans ce petit appartement face à la mer ! toujours impeccable et la vue toujours aussi belle! Les instructions de Philippe et Corinne sont très claires pour une arrivée en toute autonomie. La cuisine est bien équipé, les lits confortables. Son point fort est sa localisation : front de mer , restaurants et tout commerce à proximité.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am breiten Sand-Strand, schöner Pool, Privatsphäre drinnen und draußen. Überall Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, 2 Enkeln (7 Personen) und 2 Hunden da, klappte super. Absolut zu empfehlen. Fabienne war für jede Frage offen! 🤩

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Ludivine qui est très disponible et répond rapidement aux messages. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel, très bonne literie, la terrasse qui est très grande est appreciable avec un évier à l extérieur très pratique, un barbecue, proche de tous commerces et de restaurants et le petit plus une place de parking attitré juste devant le logement, Valras est une station balnéaire très animée surtout l été, on peut tout faire à pied, il y a un carrefour et un lidl à 1 km. Nous avons adoré les 15 jours passés, très reposant.

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Christel ist eine sympathische Gastgeberin und das Haus wundervoll. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in einem super Zustand. Solche Unterkünfte wie diese von Christel machen Ferien unvergesslich. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Jacuzzi ist ein zusätzlicher Höhepunkt. Unsere Kinder und wir haben es geliebt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank für alles.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, die Aussicht ans Meer sensationell. Absolut genial waren die Morgenspaziergänge mit Sonnenaufgang am Strand. Einfach nur empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank Chris und herzliche Grüsse Brigitte und Christian

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Vous recherchez un coin paisible, avec des hôtes accueillants et une pointe d’humour ? Tout en restant discrets mais très amicaux ? C’est chez Corinne et Didier. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, dans ce petit tonneau qui suffit amplement puisque tout autour nous avions 11 hectares, une piscine, une terrain de pétanque avec les boules, mais aussi la visite des deux chiens de temps en temps (adorables) et parfois le durs chevaux très gentils et bien dressés. Nous sommes partis avec un bébé de 4 mois et malgré que la surface soit restreint ça été super, Corinne nous avait installé un lit parapluie. Et la literie…au top. Nous adorons changer d’endroit pour voyager mais si un jour on recherche la tranquillité pour se poser c’est ici que nous reviendrons. Encore merci à Corinne et au chef des robinets 😉 pour leur accueil. On espère vous revoir ! Albin, Coline et petit Victor

Le logement est très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter des activités à côté (parc attraction, casino, plage). Le logement est conforme à la description, la piscine chauffée est un réel avantage Charlotte est réactive et a su répondre à nos questions rapidement Je recommande grandement si vous voulez profiter entre amis ou en famille

Das kleine Arpartment mit direktem Strandzugang ist wirklich sehr schön, sehr sauber. Wir hatten Glück und es waren kaum andere Gäst um uns rum. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Residenz mit sehr vielen anderen kleinen Wohnungen, gut wenn man das weiß! !!!! Strand vor der Tür, Bäcker, Bar, Restaurant 5 Min. zu Fuß, super. Was fehlte waren schrifliche Informationen über Tv, Spülmaschine Schlüssel Terrasse usw. Terrassentür lässt sich nicht von außen abschließen oder öffnen d.h. von der Terrasse direkt an den Strand zu gehen war damit leider nicht möglich. Gabriel als CoHost war immer ereichbar, was super war.

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

Sejour agréable proche de la mer , boulangerie ... Impasse au calme Stationner dans la cour tres bien Hôte tres sympathique et reactive. Tres bon Sejour je recommande .

Le logement correspond totalement à la description de l’annonce. Il est très bien équipé et est parfait pour un séjour à la mer. Les commerces, les restaurants et la plage sont complètement accessible à pieds. Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Béatrice

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

This apartment was perfect - less than a minute away from the beach and a supermarket, as well as being walkable to the main restaurant area of Valras plage and near a bus stop. The two balconies meant we could sit in the sun most of the day and the apartment was well stocked. Sylvia was also a very accommodating host, responding quickly , anticipating needs and offering flexibility. Thank you!

Superbe séjour, le logement était parfait, très propre et très bien équipé. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, et surtout très calme et paisible. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, Bruno est très réactif, Nous recommandons vivement.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer und man ist in 20 Sekunden am Strand. Wir waren mit unserer 7 Monate alten Tochter dort und es gab sehr viele hilfreiche Sachen für Babys (Hochstuhl, Babybett, Spielzeug..). Auch Küchenausstattung ist gut und wir haben uns sehr über die guten Betten gefreut. Die Kommunikation mit Sandrine und Marc war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Der Panoramablick ist traumhaft hat aber auch einen Makel: Morgens bis ca 14 Uhr strahlt die Sonne sehr stark rein und erhitzt die Wohnung sehr schnell. Zum Glück sind aber in jedem Zimmer gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Der Weg zu Einkaufsläden/Bäcker ist zu Fuß machbar 30min (einfach) aber nicht sehr nah.

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans ce bel appartement avec vie sur la mer. Idéalement situé entre plage à proximité et le centre de Valras. Marie-Jo est très réactive et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement.
