Thanks to Aurélie for a pleasant stay! The listing description was as we expected, all the amenities were present and functional. the most: step-free house and fully fenced.. easy for children and the elderly and the dog:) Nearby: bakery, market, children's play area and at the edge of a small arm of the sea! It was perfect for our big weekend. Recommended!

Great locations for this cute little house, very convenient, thanks in particular to its exterior. It is very well-equipped and very pretty. The only small downside perhaps, the master bedroom is upstairs and the children's bedroom downstairs, but otherwise everything was great!

Excellent stay. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is very beautiful, well decorated, spacious and very well-equipped (the mattresses are very comfortable). It's very quiet and it's great to have the ping-pong table and bikes. We'll come back if we come back to the area😊.

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. We had a great time. Very comfortable apartment and good location. The activities at Lake Bourgenay were great for the kids. Only downside but not within Mireille's jurisdiction, the large slides of the pool were closed "because low season". However, the pool was very busy, which is a shame. But the pool water had the merit of being heated. The mini golf nearby is very nice. We also enjoyed the electric boats, the welcome in the restaurants and the nearby beach. To be repeated!

We were able to enjoy this accommodation during our visit to the area to attend the start of the Vendée Globe. Françoise is an extremely friendly and welcoming person. She also made our check-in much easier (we had some time constraints). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and perfectly functional. We'll be happy to go back on a future trip to Vendée. The accommodation matches the description in the listing, bright, functional apartment in a quiet environment. Its geographical location allows you to visit everything on foot and no longer use your vehicle. Chantal and Michel responded quickly to our requests and were very responsive. Very pleasant stay that we recommend.

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment! Everything was as advertised, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The welcome was warm and attentive, and Jean-Yves, our host, was simply great: available, responsive and very friendly. It immediately feels like a home away from home. We have 4 top days at the estate. The mobile home is very well equipped and we were able to enjoy all the family activities of the campsite. The law is quiet and nature and the bikes have a real plus . A real soothing moment of relaxation for everyone

Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
