The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . Our apartment is at the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, 50 meters from the Hotel Negresco, and close to shops (bakers, supermarkets, restaurants, trendy bars, and even casino ... for gambling lovers !). It is a 140 sqm flat, 5 windows overlooking the sea (rare on the Promenade), with a 180 ° view. All rooms are air conditioned, with double glazing. Each room is "en-suite" with adjoining bathroom. The apartment is an angle with 2 beautiful terraces for lunch and dinner facing the sea :-)
