The accommodation has just been completely renovated. Consisting of a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and an air conditioning system with two individually manageable units. Relax at this peaceful place in the heart of the historic center. The apartment is spacious and bright, and it has a lovely courtyard with a swing and a small table for your breakfast. You will be a 5-minute walk from the Royal Palace and literally a stone's throw from Piazza dell'Annunziata and its nightlife, but you will still be able to enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the condominium courtyard. Paid parking areas are available in the immediate vicinity, a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Spacious and modern loft, equipped with Wi-Fi and also perfect for working, is just a few minutes' walk from the center, reachable from Porta Nuova and Porta Susa stations, easily reachable by car and there are free parking spaces in the area. The loft has a kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large living room with TV and a bed, a bathroom with shower and a mezzanine with a bed and a foosball table. It is in a quiet area but close to the center and numerous restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The accommodation accommodates 3 people. Free crib and high chair on request. Overnight stays longer than 30 nights are not possible because I occasionally use the apartment for personal use. Seventh floor, panoramic view and large terrace: table and chairs for your comfort outside. Fiber Wi-Fi, TV, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, fridge, iron, hairdryer. Coffee, herbal teas, tea, fruit juices are available.

We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.
