I had a wonderful stay at Mr. Vilas' Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed. His instructions were clear and well-organized, making check-in and settling in seamless. The property itself was well-maintained and offered a comfortable and pleasant experience. The beach is at a walkable distance. The only downside was the lack of direct car access to the property. While there's ample space inside, we had to park a little further away. However, the overall hospitality and upkeep of the place more than made up for it. Would definitely recommend this stay for those looking for a warm and well-managed Airbnb experience!

I stayed at a well-kept property surrounded by dense greenery and tidy landscaping. The meals featured authentic Kerala dishes like appam, stew, puttu, idiyyapam .A barbecue setup was also available on-site, which made evening dinners more enjoyable and hassle-free. The host, was warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a polite and responsive attitude throughout the stay. This location is ideal for remote workers seeking a quiet space with reliable Wi-Fi or for families wanting a peaceful retreat amid nature.

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

We had a good stay and the host is too friendly given all the instructions before we went to the room as well as the place is too clam and quite.

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

Arun's, place was a Cute 1BRK on the 3rd floor, was very clean and complete for a family stay. Arun was very proactive and helpful. We completely enjoyed the stay and it was real value for the money paid. Look forward to staying in again when in Cochin.

It is a beautiful flat and very spacious, and all the aminites were present in it. They also have very beautiful balcony garden. And the toilet were also very clean. Atlast ! It's an great deal

James place was placed at a great location. he was so responsive and very helpful.

Quiet neighbourhood and not too far from prime area. The host was very accommodating and there were regular check-ins to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Extremely friendly host and quite flexible. The place was so well kept and all essentials required were in very good condition. We stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Since there is a generator at the place power supply was not interrupted at all. Overall, the place was neat, well maintained and utilities were all in great working condition. Wi-Fi absolutely great too. Super place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s nice and secluded but very well serviced by Uber etc. The apartment was nice and spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. 1 of the bathrooms had a shower with hot water after but he water us never really cold in the other bathrooms and with the Kerala heat you wouldn’t miss it 😉 For Western travelers; keep in mind that the kitchen is not equipped as you would expect at home so not a lot of cutlery etc. It is ofc. self catering but there are no kitchen towels etc. No problem, easy available at the hypermarkten but keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience.
