This Commiezen house (customs office/earlier BORDER/TAX CONTROL Office) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30 min.) are also easily accessible. Public transportation - bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

Midden in de duinen van natuurpark Zuid-Kennemerland op 300m van het strand ligt dit ruime vakantiehuis met vrij uitzicht op zee. Warm jezelf op bij de houtkachel na een lange strandwandeling of geniet vanaf het terras aan de voorzijde van de ondergaande zon. Vanaf het balkon bij de slaapkamer zie je 's ochtends de zon opkomen boven het duinlandschap, waar ook vaak herten te zien zijn. Het huis is ruim, heeft 2.5 woonlagen en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een gedeeld zwembad + sauna.

Historical house with a great living room, dinning room and kitchen. There are 2 sleeping rooms with in total 5 beds. The neighbourhous is quit and its only a few stepts from the naional park "de kennemerduinen" 10 minutes by train to Haarlem and 30 minutes by train to the city of Amsterdam were you can have dinner or to go out. Parking for free in the street. Alleready got more then 130 enthousiastic guests in my house, they all want to come back. Alle basic shops arround the corner. SUPER!!!

Relax in this lovely place, within walking distance of the sea (5 min.) in the charming holiday village of Wijk aan Zee. This comfortable, cozy house is located at the foot of the dunes in a quiet neighborhood. It consists of a spacious bright living room, a flowery garden, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes kitchen appliances and spices. Pussycat Micky is a permanent resident and loves to be cuddled.

In Velsen-Noord close to the beach Wijk aan Zee, I rent out my entire home. The house is available for 6 people. In the shed, there are 4 bicycles with which you can cycle to the beach or to Beverwijk. Amsterdam is 37 minutes by train. The supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Parking is free along the road in the street.
