This Commies house (customs office/former BORDER/ TAX CONTROL Office ) is one of the oldest houses at the mouth of the North Sea Canal. The house dates from 1875 and thus forms the basis of the later IJmuiden. With the largest sea lock in the world within walking distance and beach and fishing port within a radius of 1 km, this place is an ideal starting point for day trips. Haarlem (15 min.) and Amsterdam (30min.) are also easily accessible. Public transport bus and train - are available as well as free parking.

Op nog geen 30 min. met de auto of trein van het centrum van Amsterdam en het strand. In het historische Haarlem ben je zelfs binnen 10 min. met de auto. Om de hoek ligt het schilderachtige Spaarndam voor een hapje en een drankje. Op nog geen 10 min. lopen is er ook een zwemmeertje. Geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

In the middle of the dunes of nature park Zuid-Kennemerland 300m from the beach is this spacious holiday home with unobstructed sea views. Warm up by the wood stove after a long beach walk or enjoy from the terrace in front of the setting sun. From the balcony at the bedroom you can see the sun rise in the morning over the dune landscape, where deer are often seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and is fully equipped. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.
