Krásný malý byt až pro 4 lidi v panelovém domě v blízkosti historického centra Hradce Králové a Šimkových sadů. Byt má venkovní žaluzie, velmi pohodlnou vyvýšenou postel pro 2 na které si krásně odpočinete. Kuchyň, která nabízí vše potřebné pro vaření a obývací pokoj, kde je velká TV, křesla a sedačka (nejde rozložit) ,ale dá se přespat, plus je možné použít rozkládací matraci. V koupelně najdete vanu, pračku a sušičku. Velká výhoda parkování zdarma před domem. Těším se na vaši návštěvu :)

L’alloggio è molto particolare, una grande mansarda con 6 posti letto, con l’unico difetto che il bagno si trova al pian terreno e per raggiungerlo bisogna uscire fuori attraverso una ripida scala. Per il resto il posto è molto tranquillo e Ivana con il marito , sono stati gentilissimi .

Jeli jsme za poznáním města a nemohli jsme si vybrat vhodnější ubytování. Krásný byt přímo v centru města. Přitom ale ve velmi poklidném okolí. Byt má krásné, prostorné a čisté místnosti. Moderní a velmi estetický. Je v něm vše, co člověk potřebuje a i něco navíc. Paní Adéla je skvělá hostitelka a cokoliv jsme potřebovali, byla nám okamžitě k dispozici. Pokud pojedete do Hradce strávit noc, mohu vřele doporučit.

It’s a true hidden jem! Having the whole area to ourselves, barbecue area, hot tub, our dog had plenty of area to explore! Very nice tiny house, that has everything you need for a weekend - I highly appreciate coffee machine and all you need for grilling also provided :)

Krasna moderni chatka s hezkym vyhledem. Dobre vybavena kuchyn, hezka kaminka na zatopeni a velka televize na vecerni zabavu. Dostatek dreva v zasobach. Krasna sauna se skvelym vyhledem. Byli jsme pres Silvestr, takze vyrivku jsme nezkusili, ale vypadala moc dobre. V chatove oblasti byl krasny klid a i kdyz je okolo hned nekolik chatek, vubec jsme o sousedech nevedeli. Pokud pojedete se psi jako my, urcite ocenite dve velke louky na venceni hned u chatky. Jen pozor, ze chalupa neni oplocena. Za nas urcite doporucuji!

Dana's place is great for a peaceful stay, surrounded by nature and with many interesting activities within few kilometers. Stayed with my wife and 1.5 year old son and it was a relaxing trip. Also Dana is a great and friendly host, totally recommend it.
