We felt great – this accommodation provided us with exactly what we wanted: peace, relaxation and the beautiful environment of Tokaja. Terézia and Eszter were amazing hosts – kind, accommodating, and attention to detail. The house was beautifully furnished, cozy and well-equipped, with an emphasis on every small element that created an exceptional atmosphere. From the first moment we felt like home. The hot tub was fantastic, perfect to relax after a day of exploring the surrounding area. Our only regret is that we only planned this stay for one night – it was very difficult to leave. But we trust to come back and enjoy this magical oasis of peace again.

A great place for short-term stays. Absolutely worth the price. Everything is functional, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. Most things are in the 60-s..80-s style fashion, but still in very good condition. This is a perfect location to relax and enjoy being kinda off the grid.

A shaded outdoor seating area is surrounded by lush grapevines, providing a calm spot for relaxation. A bench and table are positioned on a stone patio, while a grill is placed nearby for cooking options. A tree offers additional shade in the background.

Communicating with your host is welcoming, responsive. Everything explained when checking in. The location was great in a quieter part of the SNP housing estate. Parking in front of an apartment building with a parking card so no stranger parks there. The apartment was clean, tidy. Everything needed to survive was there. A big plus for those who go longer is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

Absolutely one of the best airbnbs you can find in all of Hungary. At the gateway to the Zemplen mountain paradise this residence can comfortably sleep 5 couples, each with their own en-suite bathroom. In our case we happened to be a family of 5 (mother, 3 sons, and one daughter-in-law) and we couldn’t have been happier with everything. Not only were the accommodation and surrounding area fantastic, but the hosts, Reni and Balint went above and beyond with all planning and organizing for our stay. We booked relatively last minute and came in the middle of the week when most things in the area are closed after the summer season, but despite this we had a full three day itinerary with bookings and reservations for every part of our stay. The hosts made us feel like family and the area of Zemplén is one of the finest in all of the country (perhaps all of Central Europe). Castles, wine, authentic experiences, hospitality and glorious nature. What else could you want?!? Terrific!!
