It has two pools, tennis courts, padel courts, basketball court, petanque, ping pong, playground for children and 2 restaurants. Nice house just 200 meters from Pozuelo Beach and the Mediterranean Park. An ideal area for walking, with all the amenities nearby, a skatepark, and very good connections to the center by car or bus. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with a double bed and 1 with two twin beds, a fully stocked kitchen, garage, swimming pool with bubble and whirlpool area, barbecue area, garden, ping pong table, air conditioning, chill out area, etc.
