Elena was an amazing person. From the beginning, I felt the warmth. Although I only stayed one day, the place is close to the airport, so taking a Bolt is not very expensive. Also, the place looks better in person than in the photos. It's very clean and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great, in the heart of Madrid, it's really worth it

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Similar to the photos and in a great location, there was a little noise at night.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with access to two Metro stations very close by. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive. Some of the areas of growth include that the ceiling had had a leak and the paint was falling off in a corner and that the shower head was leaking and water from the shower head therefore had less pressure. Also, I would have liked to have laundry detergent and dish soap for the washer machine available in the apartment. I had to purchase these separately. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Excellent apartment, 10 min walk from the main street and with a store to buy what you need in front and two metro stations less than 2 min away, including the one that takes you to the airport. I would stay in the apartment again without thinking about it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively bars, delicious restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket just around the corner. It made everything so easy and convenient for our family of five. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and we loved being able to explore Madrid on foot. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the city — especially for families!

The accommodation was clean, nice bright apartment, excellent location, the landlord answered quickly and clearly, we liked everything very much!

The place was peaceful and near to everything you would need. The unit is big and comfortable enough for 5 people.
