Elena fue una persona increíble. Desde el principio, sentí la calidez. Aunque solo me quedé un día, el lugar está cerca del aeropuerto, así que tomar un Bolt no es muy caro. Además, el lugar se ve mejor en persona que en las fotos. Es muy limpio y lo recomiendo mucho.

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

la verdad es que tienen una casa preciosa muy tranquila, una pena que los vecinos estuvieran de obras. Puia se ha portado genial, nos ha puesto todas las facilidades que tenía disponibles y muy educada. No puede ser mejor. Si volvemos a esa zona, volveremos a ir.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Piso en localización muy buena. Todo tipo de servicios nada más salir del edificio. Todo muy limpio. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de dos semanas. Oscar fue super flexible y diligente ayudándonos a modificar las fechas y con la hora de salida. Recomendado sin dudas. Muchas gracias!

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with access to two Metro stations very close by. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive. Some of the areas of growth include that the ceiling had had a leak and the paint was falling off in a corner and that the shower head was leaking and water from the shower head therefore had less pressure. Also, I would have liked to have laundry detergent and dish soap for the washer machine available in the apartment. I had to purchase these separately. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Espaço organizado, limpo e próximo da Puerta del Sol e Gran Via. Gostamos muito de ficar o fim de semana no apartamento de Fran e Isabel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar! Obrigado!

Excelente apartamento, a 10 min caminando de la gran vía y con una tienda para comprar lo necesario al frente y dos estaciones del metro a menos de 2 min, incluyendo la que te lleva al aeropuerto. Me volvería a quedar en el apartamento sin pensarlo.

Apartamento precios y moderno. La ubicación perfecta para visitar Madrid. Al lado hay supermercados, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Francisco muy amable y atento.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively bars, delicious restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket just around the corner. It made everything so easy and convenient for our family of five. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and we loved being able to explore Madrid on foot. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the city — especially for families!

Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de la ciudad o cualquier evento. Muy céntrico, limpio, amplio y cómodo. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y amables, me ayudaron desde el primer momento en mis dudas y peticiones.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para una buena estancia . Proporciona toallas de sobra y no escatiman ni en gel ni champú . Muy bien la verdad .
