Smreka is a spacious house for up to 3 people, only a 5-minute walk from Terme Topolšica. Surrounded by forest, it offers peace, quiet, and privacy. In the morning, you will be awakened by the singing of birds, and during the day, you can enjoy the spa or explore the surroundings. Nearby are Lake Velenje, Štrekna, hiking trails, and in winter, ski slopes. Velenje and Šoštanj offer numerous opportunities for excursions. Smreka is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city – your little oasis of peace where you can truly relax.

Located on the hill near the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows and climbing above the vineyard Juričko offers a beautiful view of the picturesque landscape to the visitors. A wine cellar is a social space for 45 people. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a fireplace, a bathroom and a sauna. The attic has a bathroom and four bedrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a large table suitable for picnics. Guests can use private Sauna with an additional fee.
