Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation in nature reserves near Stockholm. We rent out our guest house located in Nacka with proximity to the sea and lake, 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city. The cottage is 30 sqm with sleeping loft, toilet, outdoor shower and kitchenette. In the sleeping loft, there is a double bed and a smaller mattress. Downstairs there is a sofa and a mattress with sleeping space for one person each. Summer time there is possibility for hiking and swimming in the lake and sea, winter time for cross-country and ice skating in the area.

Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. It is best to travel by private car. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home." Washing machine.

Cozy little house, lake view and forest plot, Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

A property with a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing outside the house, which has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. Nature reserves for walking and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our jetty can be rented for an evening. There is a possibility to rent sea kayaks (2).

Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Cosy and fresh cabin just to the east of Stockholm. The cabin is situated in the beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Very quiet and peaceful all year around. 3min walk down a path there’s a small beach and the ocean. 10min walk further you have a beautiful lake and bathing place. Some weeks during busy summertime the creperie there is open. By car you reach Stockholm city within 25 min Bus 40 min. In other words: its a lovely place to stay in!

Welcome to our Heavenly place, beautiful views, place, in the countryside, just outside central Stockholm. Close to the Archipelago and walking distance to lakes for swim or fishing. Be prepared to see wild roe deer very close to the house. The view and the light in the cabin in the morning is beautiful and peaceful. But still It is easy to commute if you want Stockholm's city pulse.
