In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature.
