Cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde with only 80 meters to a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large newly built terrace where there is ample opportunity to catch the day's sunshine and also has a delicious wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden there is a trampoline for the kids. Not far from the house there is a large and amazing playground. Approximately 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbour area with city life and restaurants.

The private courtyard faces southwest. Half is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with DR app and Cromecast. We have a nice apartment in connection with our farm. It is 60 m2 and has kitchen-bath, bedroom, TV-wifi, living room on the 1st floor. The apartment is suitable for a couple with 1-2 small children. We are located 800 meters from the child-friendly beach Vejlby Fed. Our wilderness food can be used for a fee of 200 DKK or 25 euros, which is only paid once, but you can use the bath as much as you want.
